Join our internal staff as a Bilingual Field Recruiter. Your success will be your ability to meet quotas for recruitment, sales, and candidate placements.
In this role, you are the front lines of providing a great brand experience to both our candidates and our clients. This role is required to be in person at our branch and client locations daily.
You'll need to be fluent in Spanish for consideration.
What you'll do:
- Intake new client recruiting needs at the branch level. Conduct recruiting strategy meetings with clients to understand their organizational plans and objectives in order to create a detailed plan for recruiting candidates who will be successful in meeting client needs.
- Establish rapport and develop long-term business relationships with clients over the course of an extended sales cycle.

- Contribute to branch sales by expanding business opportunities and billed hours with current clients. Truly understand the client’s business and demonstrate our value to them as a contributor to their success.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly quotas for recruitment, sales activity, and successful candidate placement.
- Must meet all employee management expectations while workers are on assignment; including; weekly check ins, counseling performance, as well as terminations.
- Complete all required compliance, payroll and metrics reports
- Be available to work overtime as needed to complete work on a daily/weekly basis
- Any other duties as assigned
What you'll need:
- HS Diploma or GED
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- 2 years Full-cycle recruitment and sourcing; interview and selection; placement of candidates in positions; understanding of pipeline management
- 2 years or more experience in sales and customer service role
- Outgoing personality with demonstrated ability to build strong relationships across a diverse population of teams
- Highly self-motivated and self-disciplined with ability to work effectively with little or no supervision
- Strong business software skills (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, web-based systems)
- Experience with web-based applicant tracking systems
- Must pass criminal background check and drug test
- Must have reliable transportation to get to Client location as needed
