We’re looking for Warehouse / Picker Associates to work with our client in Aberdeen, MD!
Our client is a French multinational retailer of personal care and beauty products with nearly 340 brands, along with its own private label. They are a world-renowned distributor and retailer.
These are temp-to-hire positions – convert to a full-time employee after 420 hours of work!

Pay Rate : up to $21 / hour. (variable based on shift)
Available Shift Times :
First Shift : Mon-Thurs 5 : 00 am – 3 : 30 pm and mandatory OT on Fridays during peak.
Second Shift : Mon-Thursday 4pm to 2 : 30am and mandatory OT on Sundays during peak.
Weelemd Shift : Fri-Sunday 6 : 00 am - 5 : 30pm and mandatory OT on Mondays during peak
About the Role :
The primary responsibility of the Warehouse Associate is to safely receive, pick, pack, prep, put-away and ship products per established production rates using specified processes and procedures. Associates will be cross-trained to work in various departments to perform pick, pack, receiving, shipping, and put-away assignments based on business and operational needs.
Key Responsibilities :
Receive and stock products, and pick, pack, prep, and ship Sephora orders to both retail stores and on-line customers following established company and industry standard operating procedures.
Follow all Company, state and OSHA safety rules, policies, and regulations to ensure safe working practices, including proper work attire report safety violations and potential safety violations to appropriate supervisory or management personnel.
Comply with all Company Loss Prevention policies and procedures, including proper work attire.
Maintain regular and acceptable attendance as set by Sephora.
Must be able to stand, sit, squat, lift and / or walk for the duration of the scheduled shift.
Must be able to lift to 50 lbs.
Key Requirements :
Familiarity with picking procedures or previous warehouse experience using RF Scanners.
Ability to operate RF terminals to successfully receive, pick and replenish product in the warehouse.
Ability to pack products using preferred methods.
Basic math skills and demonstrate an ability to match numbers.
Ability to be cross-trained in receiving, pick, pack, put-away and shipping processes.
Ability to work closely and effectively with others in a way that promotes teamwork.
Possess a positive and enthusiastic demeanor.
