Job Opportunity : Filler Operator

Aclient of ours in Tualatin is looking to add a Filler Operator to their team.

Offering soups, broths, and plant-based beverages, they prioritize simple ingredients, environmental stewardship, and community engagement to promote health and wellness.

Permanent hire chance post-contract hours

Responsibilities :

Set-up, operate, and maintain filling machine
Perform quality checks to ensure package integrity and package quality
Perform nominal maintenance on equipment.
Ensure Redzone inputs are accurate and complete.
Document all events, such as stops, starts, splices, and troubleshooting
Ensure food safety and quality protocols are followed.
Responsible for providing coverage in the absence of other Filler Operators

Requirements :

High school degree or equivalent required.

Six months plus food processing and / or production experience preferred.

Must have ability to become certified forklift operator.

Ability to work with moderate supervision, be detail oriented, and exercise independent judgment

Strong organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills

Strong interpersonal communication skills including the ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language

Strong basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication and division) and the ability to read charts and monitors

Ability to multitask

Ability to push up to 300 pounds and pull up to 500 pounds with mechanical assistance, and lift and / or carry up to 50 pounds frequently.

Schedule :

FHG : Sunday to Tuesday, e / o Saturday, 6 : 00 pm to 6 : 30 am

BHG : Wednesday to Friday, E / o Saturday, 6 : 00 pm to 6 : 30 am

Pay : $19 / hour $1.50 Shift Differential

Salary : $19
