Job Opportunity : Inside Sales Representative
A client of ours located in Tualatin is looking for an Inside Sales Representative.
About the Company : This company has been a leader in clean room pumps and related technical services for over 25 years. They specialize in providing expert services such as pump assembly, testing, and repair through their experienced technicians.
Permanent hire chance post-contract hours.
Responsibilities :
- Answer incoming calls, assist with inquiries, and route as needed.
- Respond to emails and other correspondence promptly.
- Prepare and send accurate customer quotes.
- Enter orders into the database, ensuring accuracy.
- Support the outside sales team with client interactions and order follow-ups.
- Maintain updated customer records and order history.
- Help manage inventory by communicating stock levels based on orders.
Requirements :
Schedule : Monday – Friday, 8AM – 5PM
Pay : $22 / hr.
