Job Opportunity : Machine Operator
A client of ours located in Canby is looking for a SMT Machine Operator. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a Manufacturing environment.
About the Company : This company has been a pioneer in integrated design and manufacturing since 1954. Their expertise spans from printed circuit board assembly (PCBA) to electronic design and beyond.
Permanent hire chance post-contract hours.
Responsibilities :
- Read job specifications and instructions for machine setup and material requirements
- Set up and operate machinery efficiently and with quality
- Monitor machines for defects and malfunctions, correct or route for repair
- Perform minor maintenance tasks as instructed
- Participate in Continuous Improvement and Lean activities, contribute to efficiency improvements
- Actively engage in team tasks, maintaining a positive and collaborative attitude
- Keep the work area clean and safe
- Provide input for problem-solving and communicate effectively
Requirements :
Pay : $19 / hr. 10% Shift Differential
Schedule : Monday - Wednesday, 5PM - 5AM OT available!
