A client of ours located in Canby is looking for a Rework Specialist . The role involves training others, ensuring quality standards, and participating in Continuous Improvement activities.
About the Company : This company has been a pioneer in integrated design and manufacturing since 1954. Their expertise spans from printed circuit board assembly (PCBA) to electronic design and beyond.
Permanent hire chance post-contract hours.
Responsibilities :
- Solder electronic parts following industry standards.
- Fix and rework small electronic components.
- Follow quality rules and procedures.
- Check finished products to meet customer requirements.
- Work efficiently and meet production goals.
- Assemble products as instructed by supervisors.
- Handle different assembly tasks like soldering, wiring, and putting parts together.
- Help improve work processes and suggest better ways to do things.
- Step in as a backup team leader when needed.
- Be a reliable and positive team player.
- Keep the workspace clean and safe.
Requirements
Schedule : Monday to Friday, 5PM – 1 : 30AM
Pay : $23 / hr. Shift Differential
