CNC Machinist (3rd Shift) - Akron, Ohio - JOB 25-00999
Salary Range : $25.00 - $33.00 / HR Permanent Position with Benefits.
Akron Area Manufacturing Company is seeking to hire an experienced CNC Machinist to set up and operate CNC mills and lathes.
REQUIREMENTS
- High school graduate, GED, or equivalent experience in a machine shop
- 2 years of manufacturing experience operating CNC mills and / or lathes
- Familiar with G Codes, Fanuc Controls (Macro B is a plus), speeds and feeds for lathes and mills
- Properly use and interpret micrometers, bore gages, calipers, and other measuring equipment
- Able to understand technical documentation, blueprints, routing instructions...
- Understanding lean principals preferred
- Edit CNC paths and speeds (CNC programming is a plus)
- Able to work 3rd shift 9 : 30 pm - 6 : 00 am
Candidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.
