Salary Range : $80K - $130K Permanent Position with Benefits
DESCRIPTION :
Akron / Cleveland, Ohio area Engineering Firm seeks an experienced Project manager to plan out and manage Civil Engineering Projects specific to Water Treatment and Water Management.
REQUIREMENTS :
- Candidate should have a B.S. Degree in Engineering (Civil, Environmental, Mechanical, Geology, Landscape Architecture) and a minimum of 10 years of hands-on engineering design nd at least 4 years of management / project management experience.
- Candidate should be familiar with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and / or Revit software.
- Candidate should have one or more of the following Certifications : P.E., RLA, PS, AICP or others not mentioned.
- Preferred Candidate would have direct experience planning and managing Water Treatment, Facilities, Pumping Stations, Water Distribution Systems, Water Storage Facilities, Storm Sewer Systems, Culverts, Flow Rate, Storm Water Modeling, and Storm Water Management
- Candidate must be capable of managing the activities of the staff, assigning projects, verifying completion of projects to specifications, setting budgets & schedules, mentoring the staff, monitoring the quality of the work, maintain communications with the client and regulatory gencies, prepare proposals / contracts, determine project requirements, identify potential risks, make formal presentations, identify potential funding sources and ensure that every project meets or exceeds the company Performance Standards.
Candidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.
