Quality Manager / Quality Inspector - Mansfield, Ohio - JOB 25-01010
Salary Range : $50K - $80K Permanent Position with Benefits
Growing Manufacturing Company seeks to hire a Quality Manager with direct experience working as a Quality Assurance Inspector who has hands-on experience with precision inspection equipment. The preferred Candidate would have direct experience with writing and maintaining ISO, TS or QS quality systems standards. This position requires the candidate to review, update and improve upon current Quality Standards in a manufacturing environment.
REQUIREMENTS :
- Candidate must have a minimum of an Associate Technical Degree and / or Skilled Trades Certificate and 2 years of hands-on experience as a Quality Assurance Inspector utilizing precision part inspection equipment.
- Preferred Candidate would have direct experience writing and maintaining ISO, TS or QS quality systems standards.
- Candidate is responsible for maintaining Quality Records, Work Instructions, Forms and will assist in resolving customer Quality issues.
- Candidate is responsible to ensure that all OSAH safety regulations are being followed.
- Organize and schedule employee training related to Quality requirements.
- Schedule Annual Safety Training and Tow Motor Training.
- Ensure operators are following the Manufacturing work instructions to meet or exceed the customer quality requirements.
- Responsible for scheduling part inspections in the Quality Lab. Test, write reports and propose corrective actions.
- The Quality Manager reports all activities to the Operations Manager
