Salary Range : $95k - $110k Permanent Position with Benefits
A Growing Concrete Construction Company seeks a Concrete Construction who has experience managing onsite construction activities while meeting project schedules, cost objectives, quality control, and safety standards.
REQUIREMENTS :
Candidate must have a High School Diploma and or GED Certificate and a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience working as a Supervisor in a Construction Company.
Concrete Construction experience is Preferred!
Candidate must have previous experience in management / supervision, ensuring that safety is always met and to maintain project schedules, managing assigned work load to meet project goals and complete projects within budgets.
Candidate is responsible for coordinating and supervising the work of subcontractors while supervising work crews of up to 100 people.
Candidate must have excellent organizational skills, keen attention to detail, problem-solving capabilities, and critical thinking skills.
Candidate should be proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
Candidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.
