ITC is a Woman Owned Small Business delivering exceptional consultation to the U.S. Government in Systems/Software Engineering, Cybersecurity Solutions, Mission Operations/INTEL Analysis, and Management Services in order to enable our customers to solve the most challenging problems. With continued growth comes opportunity, and we are currently searching for a Top Secret SCI with polygraph-cleared Junior-Level Program Integrator.
The Program Integrator shall assist individual program managers, initiative leads, and PEO leadership with monitoring and reporting on the overall health of programs, initiatives, and /or a portfolio. Perform holistic analysis across multiple contracts and government activities to identify cost, schedule and performance concerns for a program or initiative. Perform cross-program analysis to assist in responding to Investment Portfolio (IP) actions and producing execution reports. Draft acquisition and program documents such as TTOs, Statements of Work (SOWs), Program Management Plans (PMPs), Risk Management Plans, program schedule s, Technical C IC A memorandums, and Acquisition Strategies. Prepare presentations to repo1t analysis findings as well as program / portfolio status.
- Assist the Government in the management of the Cross Domain Solution Program Management Office
- Assist in the management of program schedule
- Assist in the management of Cost/Schedule/Performance
- Technical background required to fully interact with engineers. Cross Domain Solutions experience beneficial
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement and test events
- TS/SCI with Poly required. (FS desired).
- Bachelor’s Degree with a business focus or technical focus is required.
- Four (4) years of demonstrated combined experience in DoD program management, contract management, and /or financial management, and a bachelor’s degree with a business focus or technical focus is required. In lieu of a degree, Project Management Institute PMP certification, Contract Manager CPCM certification, or DAWIA Level II in any focus area, and an additional three (3) years of directly related experience for a total of seven (7) years may be substituted. In lieu of certification, an additional two (2) years of directly related experience for a total of nine (9) years may be substituted
- Familiarity with Plan-It is preferred. Intermediate proficiency with MS Excel is preferred to include demonstrated use of pivot tables, slicers, and pivot charts.

Many factors can influence final salary including, but not limited to relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. Final salary can also be influenced by a position’s geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories, and contract wage rates.
The salary Range for this position is: $50,000-150,000
