Job Summary : As a Starbucks barista, you will create the Starbucks Experience for our customers by providing prompt service, quality beverages, and maintaining a clean and comfortable store environment. You will be responsible for crafting delicious beverages, engaging with customers, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities :
- Prepare Beverages : Craft coffee and tea beverages to Starbucks standards, including espresso drinks, blended beverages, and teas.
- Customer Service : Greet customers, take orders, and provide recommendations on menu items. Ensure each customer has a positive experience.
- Maintain Cleanliness : Keep the store clean and organized, including the beverage preparation area, seating areas, and restrooms.
- Adhere to Safety Procedures : Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe environment for customers and staff.
- Cash Handling : Accurately process transactions, handle cash, and maintain a balanced cash register.
- Inventory Management : Assist in stocking and organizing inventory, including coffee beans, syrups, and other supplies.
- Team Collaboration : Work effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive work environment.
- Resolve Customer Complaints : Address and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
