Business Development Manager
Integrity Trade Services is currently seeking a Business Development Manager to be part of Crest Hill, Illinois Branch Team! The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year business-to-business sales with a proven track record developing new sales and managing existing client growth. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for the full cycle sales process that includes engaging and qualifying prospects and developing business relationships.
Salary : $65K to 75K - negotiable based on experience
Hours- Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

An employee that works in Illinois is entitled to accrue and use up to 40 hours of paid leave during a 12 month period or a pro rata number of hours of paid leave under the provisions of the State of Illinois Paid Leave for All Workers Act. The 12 month accrual period is considered to begin for new employees on the employees first day of employment. An employee is entitled to begin using earned and accrued paid leave time 90 calendar days after commencement of employment. Paid leave under this Act shall accrue at the rate of one hour of paid leave for every 40 hours worked up to 40 hours of paid leave
Eligibility : Active employees with one year of work and during that one year has completed 1,000 hours of service and is at least 21 years of age. Entry dates into the 401(k) are : 1 / 1 or 7 / 1 following the one year of service and completing 1,000 hours of work.
The company will match 100% of the first 3% of the employee contribution. As well as, match 50% of the next 2% of the employee contribution. (The company contribution / match maximum is 4%)
Salary : $65,000 - $75,000
