Job Description

Corporate Assistant – Pay Range= $20 to $22 / hr.

This position is temporary with an opportunity to be hired full-time.

Integrity Trade Services is hiring a CORPORATE ASSISTANT for our client to start at $20-$22 / HR. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!

Responsibilities :

Create and edit presentations using PowerPoint
Assist team members in preparing materials for meetings and presentations
Collaborate with the Event Planner to coordinate logistics for company events, meetings, and activities.
Assist in the preparation of event materials and supplies.
Order and maintain office supplies.
Restock kitchen supplies
Service calls for building maintenance and repairs as needed.
Work with vendors and service providers to coordinate maintenance tasks.
General administrative assistance to the team.
Assist with scheduling meetings, organizing files, and other clerical duties

Location : Homewood, IL eventually Tinley Park, IL

Schedule / Shift Details

8 : 00 am to 4 : 30 pm or 8 : 30 am to 5 : 00 pm

Qualifications

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

Strong organizational and communication skills

Previous experience working in a corporate environment a must.

Office Professional Trade School Training

Associates Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in business administration or marketing

IL Paid Leave for All Workers

An employee that works in Illinois is entitled to accrue and use up to 40 hours of paid leave during a 12 month period or a pro rata number of hours of paid leave under the provisions of the State of Illinois Paid Leave for All Workers Act. The 12 month accrual period is considered to begin for new employees on the employees first day of employment. An employee is entitled to begin using earned and accrued paid leave time 90 calendar days after commencement of employment. Paid leave under this Act shall accrue at the rate of one hour of paid leave for every 40 hours worked up to 40 hours of paid leave

401(k) with company match for eligible employees.

Eligibility : Active employees with one year of work and during that one year has completed 1,000 hours of service and is at least 21 years of age. Entry dates into the 401(k) are : 1 / 1 or 7 / 1 following the one year of service and completing 1,000 hours of work.

The company will match 100% of the first 3% of the employee contribution. As well as, match 50% of the next 2% of the employee contribution. (The company contribution / match maximum is 4%)
