Monday-Friday 7am-3pm
PAY RATE-$20-$22

This position is a temp position.
Integrity Trade Services is IMMEDIATELY hiring for a Receiving Clerk at our client that is a worldwide distributor of Electrical products and is located in Buffalo Grove, IL.

A successful Receiving Clerk should have a strong eye for detail, be good with numbers, and have the ability to multitask. They must also ensure efficient processes to promptly resolve any problems or discrepancies that arise during the shipping and receiving process
Responsibilities
- Bilingual read / write / speak (English / Spanish)
- Basic PC skills (Microsoft Office – data entry)
- Previous warehouse experience
- Sit down Forklift Experience
- Experience Picking / Checking orders
- Use of RF Order Picking / Receiving
- Experience with receiving and shipping using FED EX and UPS
- Retrieve UPS / FedEx from Receiving Dock
- Unload inbound trucks
- Ensure each item has an accurate count and check if anything is missing / damaged on arrival.
- Inspect contents to ensure they are undamaged
- Communicate issues to others as required
- Experience in warehouse operations, including order picking, shipping and receiving
- Strong sense of time organization and sense of urgency, comfortable working in a fast paced environment.
- Good communication; email, phone and in person
Safety Toe footwear required
Must have reliable transportation and attendance to meet employer's attendance standards for 24 / 7 production facility.

An employee that works in Illinois is entitled to accrue and use up to 40 hours of paid leave during a 12 month period or a pro rata number of hours of paid leave under the provisions of the State of Illinois Paid Leave for All Workers Act. The 12 month accrual period is considered to begin for new employees on the employees first day of employment. An employee is entitled to begin using earned and accrued paid leave time 90 calendar days after commencement of employment. Paid leave under this Act shall accrue at the rate of one hour of paid leave for every 40 hours worked up to 40 hours of paid leave
Eligibility : Active employees with one year of work and during that one year has completed 1,000 hours of service and is at least 21 years of age. Entry dates into the 401(k) are : 1 / 1 or 7 / 1 following the one year of service and completing 1,000 hours of work.
The company will match 100% of the first 3% of the employee contribution. As well as, match 50% of the next 2% of the employee contribution. (The company contribution / match maximum is 4%)
