Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Sales Manager for our client who specializes in non-ferrous metals to start immediately at $90k-$100k / annually DOE! Receive comprehensive benefits through our client upon hire!
Responsibilities :
The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets. This role involves developing strategic sales plans, identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the metal manufacturing industry, a proven track record in sales leadership, and the ability to drive growth and profitability.
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by maintain and develop the existing customers relationship
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s new customer base and ensure its strong presence in the market
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status and expand new products markets
- Finish other tasks assigned by the upper management
Location : Chicago, IL
Schedule / Shift Details : This position is Monday-Friday with traditional business hours. Up to 30% domestic travelling involved.
