Working Structural Foreman
This position is contract with an opportunity to be hired full-time.
We Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Working Structural Foreman for our partner, an engineering, management, and construction contractor that provides design-build services for all industrial building needs. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!
Environment : Industrial / Construction(Not refinery or residential)
Pay Rate : $34-$37 / hr DOE
Location : Houston, TX and surrounding areas
Working Structural Foreman Requirements :
We are looking for a working structural foreman with at least 5 years supervisory who has overseen a crew of 5-10
- Working with (and supervising) structural crew at industrial construction jobsites.
- Supervise welding of carbon steel materials….knowledge of welding stainless steel and aluminum is a plus.
- Supervise operation of all or some of the follow types of equipment : Cherry picker, carry deck, fork-lift, man lift, etc.
- Solid skills in use of hand, power tools and cutting torch….and screwed pipe fitting
- Ability to read blue prints
- Ability to fit structural steel
- Ability to rig structural steel and equipment
- Responsible for field level implementation of health, safety and environmental policies, procedures and guidelines as instructed.
- Must have a proven track record of completing work on-time & on- budget
- Must demonstrate leadership skills to effectively train and mentor others Excellent verbal and written skills is required
- Ability to work in a quickly changing team environment is required
