Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Vice President of Business Development, Sales & Marketing for our oil and gas client to start immediately at $170k-$220k / annually DOE! Receive comprehensive benefits through our client upon hire!
Responsibilities :
Responsible for the development and performance of all Business Development / Sales and Marketing activities. Provides leadership of your team towards the achievement of profitability and growth in line with company vision and yearly business plan. Establishes plans and strategies to expand the customer base in the marketing area and contributes to the development of the Sales Team to ensure the goals are achieved. The job responsibilities may be changed or expanded as needed over time.
As V.P. of Business Development / Sales & Marketing, this position is to :
- Direct and Own the Business Development as well as the Sales and Marketing functions
- Refine and coordinate sales selling cycle and methodologies
- Direct and oversee the company marketing function to identify and develop new customers for products and services
- Research and develop strategies and plans which identify additional marketing opportunities, direct marketing, and new project development
- Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of sales, methods, costs, and results
- Develop and manage sales and marketing budgets,
- Directly manage major and critical developing client accounts, and coordinate the management of all other accounts
- Participate in the development of new project proposals
- Establish and implement short and long-range goals, & objectives
- Represent the company at various community and / or business meetings to promote the company
- Supervise the preparation, issuance, and delivery of sales materials, exhibits, and promotion programs
- Promote positive relations with partners, vendors, and distributors
- Other duties as assigned

Requires superior interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills with a strong sense of urgency, with the ability to handle confidential information. Strong analytical, time management and reasoning abilities. Results oriented with the ability to balance other business considerations. Must have a high energy level and the ability to interact with a variety of individuals both inside and outside the Company. Must have the ability to gather and disseminate accurate information and produce a quality work product. Requires the ability to make sound decisions and speak with confidence.
