Responsibilities :
- Assist in warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, staging, picking, and loading products.
- Support the operations team in meeting daily schedules and customer demands.
- Maintain compliance with safety, HR, and quality guidelines.
- Help train team members on safety procedures and operational processes.
- Participate in team meetings to review goals and performance.
- Promote a safety-first culture by assisting with equipment inspections.
- Report equipment issues and incidents to management promptly.
- Assist with quality checks and process improvements.
- Support housekeeping efforts to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve operational and quality goals.
