Integrity Urgent Care are looking for a highly skilled and strategic Video & Creative Content Manager to lead our brand’s visual storytelling and scale localized, high-quality content for our clinics. This role is pivotal in enhancing brand trust, driving engagement, and increasing awareness through compelling video and creative assets.
The ideal candidate is equal parts creative and strategic, with a passion for video marketing, content production, and brand storytelling. They will work to ensure our messaging resonates across Kansas, Oklahoma, Texas, and future expansion markets—while also building and mentoring a content team capable of scaling with us. This role will report to the Director of Marketing.
Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation & Video Production- Plan, shoot, edit, and produce high-quality video content for various platforms, including testimonials, behind-the-scenes footage, provider interviews, and educational content.
- Design and develop marketing assets for clinics and brand.
- Create or edit engaging short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other social platforms.
- Develop evergreen educational content around urgent care, primary care, and behavioral health topics.
- Own agency and freelancer partnerships for creative assets.
- Occasional travel required for content development.
- Work with clinic staff to capture authentic local content that reflects our community presence.
- Oversee graphics, animations, and motion design to enhance video storytelling.
- Contribute heavily to the creative direction for the brand, ensuring cohesive storytelling across all content.
- Develop and execute a video SEO strategy to grow organic reach and engagement on YouTube and other platforms.
- Work with the social media and brand management team members to ensure content aligns with engagement and reputation goals.
- Analyze video performance data and optimize content based on insights.
- Stay up to date with healthcare marketing trends, social media best practices, and video innovations.
- Coordinate with marketing leadership and clinic teams to identify content needs and opportunities.
- Manage content production schedules, ensuring efficient and scalable workflows.
- Provide coaching and feedback to junior content creators, helping them develop their skills in video production, editing, and storytelling.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative environment, ensuring team members feel empowered to contribute ideas.
- Develop and implement best practices for content creation, project workflows, and file management to improve efficiency.
- Serve as a resource and mentor to marketing team members who need guidance on content strategies.
- Train and support clinic managers or local team members in basic video and content creation for localized efforts.
- Provide creative direction and support brand consistency across all visuals.
- Occasionally assist in team management and marketing strategy execution for local clinics.
- Manage relationships with freelancers, agencies, and external vendors to supplement in-house capabilities when needed.
- Proven experience in video production, content marketing, or a related creative field (healthcare or agency experience a plus).
- Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
- Strong understanding of video SEO, YouTube growth strategies, and social media best practices.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, from planning to execution, in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with on-location shoots and lighting/audio setups.
- Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and brand-building.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills to support local clinic marketing efforts.
- Experience in motion graphics and animation (After Effects, Canva, etc.).
- Background in photography for additional brand visuals.
- Understanding of paid media strategies and how video content fits into advertising.
