- Educate clients on financial concepts through free financial literacy workshops.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients through networking and referrals.
- Provide tailored insurance and investment solutions based on client needs.
- Participate in hands-on field training with experienced mentors.
- Stay up to date on financial products, market trends, and industry best practices.
- Work independently while leveraging team support and ongoing training.
Compensation:
- 100% commission-based with uncapped earning potential.
- Average $1,500-$2,000 per client.
