Integrity Workforce LLC is hiring an energetic, passionate, and confident Business Development Manager in the Nashville, TN area. The ideal candidate is responsible for identifying new business opportunities and building client relationships while developing strategic initiatives to enhance SALES and REVENUE month-over-month. This role requires you to be a positive self-starter with a hunter mentality that carries strong B2B experience focusing primarily on the light industrial sector for workforce solutions and targeting mid- to- large businesses including warehouses, distribution, manufacturing, and the entire supply chain.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Identify business leads, qualify future business prospects, and create service solutions.
· Utilize software tools to help identify prospects and channel leads into the sales pipeline, such as Salesforce, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, and Tempworks to gain business insight and pre-call planning.
· Planning and implementing new target market initiatives, while negotiating costs and developing proposals for prospective clients
· Forecasting revenue: Estimating revenue from potential clients
· Maintain accurate data to ensure productivity and company goals are met inside the CRM software.
· Build relationships at multiple levels with potential clients via phone, email, social media, and face-to-face meetings.
· Engage with decision-makers at all levels of the buying process, including the C-suite, Vice Presidents, Directors, General Managers, and Operation Managers.
· Identify market research and analysis to identify trends in the light industry sector for changes in the Labor Market.
· Provide consultative account management, post-sale support, frequent contact, and follow-up.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Must have strong B2B experience and a comprehensive hunter mindset.
· Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a relevant work experience is a MUST
· Proven experience meeting or exceeding month-to-month / annual revenue goals.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

· Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
· Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads and track sales activities.
· Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events.
