ABOUT THE ROLE

Integrum is recruiting for a Regional Sales Representative to build upon an established and growing patient pipeline within the prosthetic industry. This individual will assist the company in our mission to transform the standard of care of individuals with limb loss. We are the leaders in a breakthrough technology and are partnering with our prosthetic practitioners!

The Regional Sales Representative will accomplish this through expanding awareness of the OPRA™ System within the limb loss community, developing relationships with prosthetic practices within their territories, supporting the prosthetic community, and building relationships between OPRA surgeons and CPO’s.

This is a remote postion. The ideal candidate will reside in the Upper Midwest region of the U.S., such as Chicago, IL, or Columbus, OH, with convenient access to a major airport.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Design a sales/call plan to develop relationships with O&P practices and amputee influencers within your territory to secure patients for the OPRA pipeline.
  • Tasked with making a minimum of twenty prosthetic clinic calls per week, resulting in a monthly goal of five Stage 1 surgeries per month for the first twelve months.
  • Identify key prosthetic practices that exist within each region that are early adopters of bone anchored prosthetics, otherwise known in the industry as osseointegration (OI), and develop a specific call plan to optimize patient referrals utilizing but not limited to educational seminars, Ambassador supported calls and introductory events with key OPRA Surgeons.
  • Attend various tradeshows, educational offerings and other customer training and showcase events to introduce the OPRA System, Integrum, and hospitals within the region, to increase the rate of amputee referrals.
  • Collect market, product, and competitive information, as well as product and service problems in effort to make improvements to Integrum and remain aware of our competition.
  • Complete and submit on a timely basis all required reports including territory forecasting, quality and regulatory reports and pertinent information.
  • Solidify customer relationships as a trusted, consultative business advisor, being the primary point of contact for prosthetic customer service requests, technical issues, and educational needs.
  • Compliant with all company policies including but not limited to Integrum’s Confidentiality Agreement.


REQUIRED BACKGROUND AND COMPETENCIES

To excel in this role, you need to be driven, detail oriented and have a commitment to excellence. We are looking for a team player who’s customer oriented, adaptable and proactive. Further requirements include:

  • A bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or other related degrees
  • Knowledgeable in orthopedic and prosthetic sales, with at least 3 years of experience as an Orthopedic or Prosthetic Sales representative
  • Successful history of introducing an innovative and/or disruptive medical technology is a plus
  • Possesses strong communication and interpersonal skills facilitating successful outcomes following prosthetic clinic calls
  • Ability to leverage customer identified insights to disrupt and influence customer thinking and drive to action
  • Proactively communicates on a regular basis with key team members
  • Has a track record of outstanding sales performance
  • Proficient computer skills in essential software programs such as MS Office and CRM

· Good communication skills in English; both verbal and written

  • Travel requirements: Some overnight travel is required
  • Resides within the current territory and holds a valid driver’s license that meets appropriate standards
  • Background check required
