Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee financial reporting & accounting, ensuring GAAP compliance and timely close processes.
- Optimize cash conversion cycles and manage banking, insurance, and 401(k) audits.
- Oversee licensing, state registrations, and compliance with third-party safety management platforms.
- Lead and develop the accounting team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Manage financial operations related to real estate, ERP systems, and IT consultants.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (CPA preferred).
- 3-5 years of financial management experience, including multi-site accounting leadership.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and financial software.
- Industry experience in manufacturing or construction preferred.
