Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Structural Drafter to work with project team members, including engineers, architects, consultants, and project managers in the preparation of structural construction documents.
Essential Functions

- Prepare structural construction documents as directed using CAD/Revit, incorporating established procedures and standards.
- Assist in structural construction drawing set development, organization, and coordination.
- Review structural engineering drawings, designs, and shop drawings to ensure adherence to documented specifications and standards.
- Assist in development of structural drawing standards and procedures.
Qualification and Experience

- Associates Degree in CAD Drafting.
- 3 years experience with Revit Structure.
- Working knowledge of standard structural construction practices.
- Proficiency in structural graphic standards.
Preferred Skills

- Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
- Excellent listening and communication skills.
- Ability and initiative to identify, analyze, and resolve issues with a professional approach.
- Proficiency in Revit Structure, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Salary Range
This position offers $65,000-$85,000 per year. New hires typically receive between minimum and midpoint, however, we may go slightly higher based on experience and market.
