Position Description
Integrus is seeking highly motivated, technically skilled, collaborative individuals to join our structural engineering group. We foster a supportive team environment focused on communication and collaboration. Integrus is looking for a Structural Engineer-In-Training (EIT) to work within comprehensive building project teams to design and integrate structural engineering into our architectural endeavors.
Position Requirements
- 0-3 years experience working with building structures.
- BS or MS in Structural, Civil/Structural, or Architectural Engineering.
- EIT Certification.
- Seismic design experience/education.
- Experience/education in designing and detailing steel, wood, masonry, and concrete buildings.
- Proficiency in (or interest in learning) Revit and structural design software.
Position Preferences
- Strong emphasis on communication skills.
- Creative technical problem-solving.
- Solid engineering skills and knowledge.
- Specific interest in architectural collaboration.
- Experience/education in the evaluation and retrofit of existing structures is a plus.
Salary Range
This position offers between $42,000- $74,000 per year with a midpoint at $58,000. New hires typically receive between minimum and midpoint, however, we may go slightly higher based on experience and market.
