- Develop and execute comprehensive procurement plans that align with business objectives, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality materials.
- Lead purchasing activities for raw materials, supplies, and services, maintaining a strong focus on cost control, quality, and supplier relationships.
- Analyze market trends, identify opportunities for cost savings, and implement process improvements to drive efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of procurement activities with overall business operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field; APICS certification preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, supply chain management, or a related field, with increasing responsibilities.
- Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment, with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with suppliers.
