As a Senior Compensation Consultant within Intel's Total Rewards (TR) team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our compensation programs. Leveraging your deep expertise in compensation design, funding mechanisms, and regulatory compliance, you will create innovative and competitive compensation solutions that align with Intel’s strategic goals and enhance employee value. Your role will involve comprehensive research, design, and implementation of compensation programs, policies, and procedures, ensuring they are balanced, competitive, and aligned with industry best practices.
In this role, you will be a key partner to Business HR (BHR) leaders, particularly in support of the Intel Foundry business unit leaders. You will collaborate with a global HR team to drive transformative change across Intel’s manufacturing and process development organizations. Your efforts will be crucial in attracting and retaining top talent, ensuring that Intel remains at the forefront of technological innovation. This position requires a strategic thinker who is bold, creative, and willing to take risks to deliver exceptional results.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Develop and implement compensation strategies in partnership with HR and business leaders to attract and retain key talent, leveraging business acumen and compensation expertise.
Utilize data analytics to identify competitive risks and opportunities, influence decisions, and ensure compensation actions are aligned with business priorities.
Lead the design, implementation, and administration of compensation plans, programs, and global rewards projects, ensuring alignment with business goals, objectives, and our corporate Total Rewards philosophy.
Assess the budgetary impact of compensation decisions, ensuring compliance with regulations and labor laws.
Ensure compliance and governance of all compensation plans and programs, identifying risks and participating in various audits.
Design and apply compensation-related tools, processes, and resources for managers and employees, and develop educational/training programs to enhance HR partners effectiveness in consulting with managers and supporting key initiatives.
Provide consulting and counsel to Executive Leadership on compensation-related issues, ensuring alignment with business strategies and objectives.
Proactively recommend improvements or changes to current compensation programs, policies, and processes to ensure they remain innovative, efficient, and effective.
Perform in-depth quantitative and qualitative analyses on existing and proposed compensation programs and trends, maintaining awareness of the latest trends and regulations.

Qualifications
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. This role is not eligible for Intel's immigration sponsorship.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree with 6+ years of experience or a Master's degree with 4+ years of experience in human resources or finance
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree with 9+ years of experience or a Master's degree with 6+ years of experience in Compensation, or Finance
6+ years of direct compensation experience with consulting experience preferred
Salary : $170,000 - $240,000
