2. Gown Room/Pass-Through Attendant
What is a Protocol Auditor?
A Protocol Auditor is responsible for enforcing daily operational procedures, safety standards, and project-specific requirements. They ensure quality control, maintain efficiency, and support compliance across all activities on-site—especially important on sensitive sites like Intel.
Key Responsibilities (Protocol Auditor):
- Supervise and coordinate team members on-site
- Ensure all operations follow safety protocols and company guidelines
- Monitor workflow and production targets
- Communicate daily responsibilities and safety expectations
- Perform routine inspections for safety and quality assurance
- Resolve conflicts or site issues professionally and efficiently
What is a Gown Room/Pass-Through Attendant?
This position plays a critical role in maintaining cleanroom standards. The Attendant is responsible for ensuring all personnel gown correctly before entering the clean space and inspecting all items brought into the clean area to ensure they meet site requirements.
Key Responsibilities (Gown Room/Pass-Through Attendant):
- Check and confirm personnel are properly gowned before entering clean spaces
- Inspect items for compliance before entry into cleanroom areas
- Communicate and enforce gowning protocols
- Maintain a clean, organized gowning station
- Support overall site safety and contamination prevention efforts

Requirements (for both positions):
- Must have reliable transportation to the Chandler Intel site
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must be able to pass a drug test for THC
- Open availability for 60/60/50 hour work week
- Experience in construction, manufacturing, or team supervision preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Osha Card is PLUS not required
