What are the responsibilities and job description for the GPU Performance Engineer position at Intel Corporation?
As part of Intel's GPU performance team, the candidate will be working on Intel's new Graphics Processing Units and mainly focus on optimizing the product to achieve the best in class performance. The key areas of focus are 3D graphics rendering techniques and algorithms, workload analysis, Hardware (HW) and Software (SW) debugs and performance bottleneck identification.
You will be working with a group of HW and SW architects, designer/developers in a multi-disciplinary environment.
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science and 6 years of relevant experience.
- Relevant experience includes but is not limited to:
- Knowledge of GPU architecture, modern APIs and rendering techniques with great coding skills.
- Hands-on experience with RTL debugs.
- Scripting skills (C , Python, or other languages).
