Platform/Systems Enabling Engineer

Intel's Sales and Marketing Application Design-In Center (ADC) group provides world-class support to our OEM and developer partners. In this position, you will be joining a high performing team within ASMO SMG.

As a member of this team your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Have the opportunity to work on Intel's Atom , Core, Xeon product lines and across Business Units (CCG/DPG/DSG/IOTG)
• Provides technical support for solutions that incorporate one or more Intel products and technologies, drives solution design ensuring time to market readiness, transforms opportunities to design and production wins, and enables ecosystem and industry partners for platform solution readiness.
• Develops and implements product design, development, and validation tools and provides technical and issue resolution support during development, testing, and production.
• Evaluates, designs, and develops new software and hardware fixtures and utilizes tools during project deployment to validate and optimize product quality and performance.
• Creates product specifications, hardware design guides, application notes, and other supporting technical collateral.
• Collaborates and enables internal and external silicon, hardware, and software teams to deliver latest products in the market.
• Partners with customer Research and Development and manufacturing to ensure smooth product ramp through integrating customer DFx requirements, mitigating customer factory challenges, delivering product training, and providing health oversight with rapid technical support and systematic improvement action.

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. This position is not eligible for Intel Immigration sponsorship.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical knowledge and experience of 1 years of experience with platforms and troubleshooting skills and Software development experience with Python
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree and 2 years of experience with Intel platforms and troubleshooting skills
• Bachelor's degree a degree in Computer/Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or another related discipline with the following 2 years of experience:
• Software development experience on IA based platforms
• Working directly with external customers
• Multiple OS development.
