Director, PLM/MDM

Job Description

Directs and manages a team of software engineers responsible for the development and deployment of enterprise data management capabilities spanning SaaS, on-premise, custom, and off-the-shelf applications as well as the integrations between them. Oversee the design and implementation of enterprise level PLM (Product Lifecycle Mgt) and MDM (Master Data Mgt) solutions in collaboration with product owners, solution architects, business partners, and system integrators across the software development life cycle : capturing requirements, translating functional requirements into technical requirements, supporting design, several test cycles, and implementation of the solutions as part of a very large corporate-wide program. Responsible for enabling teams to execute through clear goal setting, facilitating work, maintaining accountability, applying differentiated performance management, and driving team results. Drives results by inspiring people, role modeling Intel values, developing the capabilities of others, and ensuring a productive work environment. Must be a results-oriented sr leader with a track record of leading others through change. Must be self-driven, able to influence many levels of leadership, and have excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

• Minimum Qualifications : 15 years management
• 15 years data management experience (any field)

Working Model

This role is available as a fully home-based and generally would require you to attend Intel sites only occasionally based on business need. This role may also be available as our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.

This role is a Position of Trust.
