Job Description
We are seeking a visionary and experienced Vice President to lead our Analog and Mixed Signal Technology and IP Development role within the foundry technology development team. This individual will play a pivotal role in driving customer success by leading a high-performing technical team that collaborates across Foundry Technology Development to define, co-optimize, enable and deliver analog and mixed signal designs on Intel Foundry technology. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience leading analog and mixed signal design, a deep understanding of advanced silicon technology, and a proven track record of leadership in customer-facing roles.
Key Responsibilities :
- Leadership and Strategy :
Lead an organization of engineers and technologists focused on analog and mixed signal technology enablement and IP design.
Serve as the senior executive point of contact for key customers regarding resolving technical issues in the domain of Analog and Mixed Signal design and RF / mmWave design on Intel Foundry technology.
Leverage deep technical expertise in analog, mixed-signal and / or RF / mmWave design to guide cross-functional teams of experts in Foundry Technology Development to define technologies and analog PDK components that result in industry leading product performance.
Lead global development teams responsible for diverse reference and production IP designs spanning the space of high-speed I / O, PLLs, bandgap references, thermal sensors, general-purpose I / O, random number generators, high-speed ADCs, beamformers and amplifiers.
Build, mentor, and retain a high-performing team, focusing on professional growth and technical skill development.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US : $999.00-$999,999.00
Working Model
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
