What are the responsibilities and job description for the CESG TA and CoS position at Intel?
The Cloud and Enterprise Solutions Group (CESG) is looking for a Technical Assistant (TA) and Chief of Staff (CoS) to work directly with the Corporate Vice President and General Manager of our Cloud and Enterprise Solutions Group (CESG) team. The TA/CoS plays an integral role in widening the overall reach and capacity of their executive.
This role operates in an extremely fast paced environment and requires a dynamic, self-driven, influential, resilient individual who can thrive in ambiguity and deliver results to tight deadlines. The TA/CoS is expected to be a collaborative leader and a mentor, capable of exercising influence over a broad set of senior internal and external stakeholders, assigning ownership, holding others accountable, trustworthy with sensitive information and capable to clearly articulate diverse ideas.
The successful candidate is strategically adept, operationally sound, detail-oriented, has a deep understanding of the business; the skills required to manage strategic and detail-orientated topics; and may be called upon to represent the CESG VP/GM in discussions with internal customers and external partners.
This role provides high performing, high potential professionals with an opportunity for accelerated business and leadership learning through a unique assignment reporting to and receiving mentoring directly from their executive. The length of the assignment is targeted to be 24 months but may be shortened or extended based on business need.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Focusing CESG CVP/GM and staff on top strategic priorities.
Preparing the CESG GM for DCAI and ELT updates by providing presentations, whitepapers and demos.
Preparing the CESG GM for all internal and external engagements, enabling and supporting the development of customer relationships, and effectively engaging the leadership team and partners as needed.
Leading planning and development of CESG GM communications for all internal and external audiences.
Developing agenda, content, and managing logistics for multiple meetings and forums including CESG Staff, customer meetings, Quarterly All Hands and employee meetings.
Sponsoring and/or leading group activities, cross-functional initiatives, and project teams, as needed, to address cross organizational challenges and opportunities.
Partnering with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal and HR on strategy, planning, programs, policies, and performance.
Partnering with the CESG Staff and the CoS/TA community to support cohesive executive leadership.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in computer science or computer engineering or related field with 12 years of experience
- 5 years of experience in business management / operations in large organizations.
- 5 years of experience in power point presentation/graphics/visual building skills with simplified communication of strategy
- 5 years of experience in complex technical domains cloud, enterprise, edge, AI workloads etc. growth opportunity.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experienced team leader with proven skills to unify and lead teams of experts, to address prioritized objectives and attain key results
- Master's Degree or PhD.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, Colorado:
$149,430.00-$261,690.00
