Sr. Data Technology Project/Program Manager

The Core Data Solutions Group (CDS) within the Intel IT business segment is chartered with delivering and maintaining world-class data and analytics capabilities that equip the business to capture value through consistent, accurate, reliable, and high-quality data and cutting-edge data, reporting, and analytical solutions.Key focus areas for the Core Data Solutions Group include : Maturing enterprise data governanceLeveraging master data managementEstablishing an enterprise data foundationDelivering strategic data assets and insightsResponsibilities : Applies technical background / specialized technology domain knowledge to manage complex projects and / or programs that are directly tied to the development, implementation, or upgrade of technology solutions / services.Collaborates across organizations to develop detailed plan(s) and manages all implementation processes including change control process, testing, documentation, training, while ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, resource allocation, and scope.Outlines proposals for assigned projects and / or programs including business objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, timelines, funding, and staffing.Develops comprehensive schedule(s) while monitoring future work to proactively adjust for unforeseen scheduling challenges.Reviews the project / program schedule with all relevant stakeholders to make updates as and when required.Assesses subproject dependencies and program constructs by leveraging multiple methodologies (Agile / Waterfall) and develops project / program indicators to manage program health including schedule, quality, and timelines.Communicates anomalies clearly by concisely stating the problem and specific impact to the project.Identifies tasks, assesses costs, identifies, and assigns specific resources, and communicates expectations to team members.Reviews user and technical requirements for completeness and clarity.Conducts project / program close out assessment and creates a recommendations report documenting the successful and unsuccessful project / program elements.QualificationsYou must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Experience listed below would be obtained through a combination of your degree, research and or relevant previous job and or internship experiences.Minimum Qualifications : Bachelor's Degree with 8 or Masters Degree with 4 years of experienceDemonstrated experience leading large-scale transformational IT projects and programsFamiliarity and understanding of how to meet complex business process requirements with technical solutionsStakeholder management and executive communication skillsPMP and / or Scrum Master experienceUnderstanding of KPIs and how to make / recommend data-based decisionsPreferred Qualifications : Familiarity with ERP Implementations (SAP, Blue Yonder, etc.)Experience in consulting or managing teams of consultantsMBA or comparative professional experienceSelf-starter that can get results with nebulous detailsAbility to balance conflicting prioritiesExperience designing and maintaining large-scale Databases and / or Data WarehouseExperience with Enterprise Master DataUnderstanding of Intel's (or Industry) Manufacturing and Design Business ProcessesInside this Business GroupEnable amazing computing experiences with Intel Software continues to shape the way people think about computing – across CPU, GPU, and FPGA architectures. • Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experienceWorking ModelThis role is available as a fully home-based and generally would require you to attend Intel sites only occasionally based on business need. This role may also be available as our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
