This full-time position will report to a Senior Manager of the Trademarks and Brands Legal Group and is responsible for assisting with the clearance, prosecution and enforcement of trademarks for Intel Corporation, as well as with mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, etc. this position, you will have the opportunity to work on a dynamic team, working closely with the responsible in-house attorneys and other department paralegals in analyzing complex legal issues and considering solutions, in addition to acting as a liaison with business clients and outside counsel.

Qualifications
Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Minimum Qualifications:
3 years of paralegal experience in-house or at a law firm
Preferred Qualifications:
Substantive and applicable experience as a trademark paralegal performing the specific functions set forth below in a law firm or corporate law department
Working knowledge of trademark legal principles, including knowledge of clearance and searching, infringement and dilution, international and domestic laws related to prosecution, administrative proceedings, including opposition/cancellation procedures, etc.
Proficiency in an online trademark database (e.g., SAEGIS) and LEXIS/NEXIS
Certificate from an ABA-approved paralegal program helpful but not required
