Intela Staffing is looking to fill a Machine Operator role for a Hot / Cold Stamping Foils manufacturer in the city of Cerritos, CA .
Schedule : Monday through Friday (7 : 00AM-3 : 30PM)
Responsibilities :
- Machine Setup and Operation : Prepare machines for production by setting them up and operating them according to established procedures.
- Monitoring and Maintenance : Regularly monitor machinery during operation to ensure optimal performance and promptly address any issues that arise. Perform routine maintenance tasks to keep equipment in good working condition.
- Quality Control : Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and make necessary adjustments to maintain product quality.
- Safety Compliance : Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. Report any safety concerns to supervisors.
- Documentation : Maintain accurate records of machine operations, including production data and any maintenance activities performed.
- Proven experience as a Machine Operator or similar role.
- Familiarity with various types of machinery and tools.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Physical strength to perform manual tasks and lift heavy materials as needed.
