MINIMUM 1-2 YEARS OF MATERIAL HANDLER EXPERIENCE.
Intela Staffing is looking to fill a Material Handler Position for a Luxury Drains manufacturer in the city of Huntington Beach, CA .
Schedule : Monday through Friday 5 : 15PM-2 : 00PM.
Saturdays upon request.
Responsibilities :
- Receiving Purchase Orders (PO’s) into the ERP system from outside vendors.
- Scanning tickets into the ERP system and producing labels.
- Physically unwrapping cartons, visually inspecting parts, and reconciling POs for count and quality.
- Bagging, inspecting, and labeling finished parts.
- Performing regular replenishment requests by processing receipts and putting parts away into stock locations.
- Picking parts from inventory locations and performing cycle counting.
- Maintaining inventory accuracy through physical and system inventory audits.
- Loading and unloading delivery trucks to ensure that each incoming delivery matches the PO.
- Identifying when product is missing or damaged from an order.
- Carrying and transporting materials utilizing material handling equipment, such as handcarts, a Standup Forklift, and with company vehicles.
- Driving replenishment of product / materials between multiple warehouses.
- Performing additional assignments per supervisor's direction.
- Must pass background check.
- Ability to work overtime as needed.
- Ability to read and count accurately and perform basic math.
- Ability to follow instructions and comply with all safety regulations including the use of personal protective equipment.
- Attention to detail, accuracy, dependability, persistence.
