The Marketing Director will be responsible for defining and executing a cohesive marketing strategy for our group. This includes crafting our positioning, developing a robust portfolio offering, and aligning closely with the sales team to identify and target key market segments to achieve our business objectives in the different markets.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement the company’s marketing strategy with a focus on both strategic positioning and operational excellence.
- Define and refine our brand positioning to ensure clarity and relevance across all markets.
- Collaborate with sales and business development teams to identify high-potential markets and customers, setting up targeted actions to drive growth.
- Work closely with brand and engagement teams to develop and deploy action plans that reinforce brand visibility and client engagement.
- Oversee the creation and management of marketing campaigns to support business objectives, ensuring they are data-driven and results-oriented.
- Leverage analytics to measure performance, refine strategies, and drive continuous improvement.
- Build and maintain relationships with senior leaders both within the company and with external partners, acting as a trusted advisor on all things marketing.
- Manage budget and resource allocation for the various marketing activities, ensuring that the marketing function is run efficiently and within financial constraints.
- Keep up with market trends and emerging technologies to stay ahead of the curve and introduce innovative marketing tactics.
- Implement sustainable marketing practices to reflect the company's sustainability and social responsibility goals.
Experience : Minimum of 12 years in marketing, with proven experience as a Marketing Director or similar role in a multinational or global environment. B2B marketing experience is strongly preferred.
Expertise : Demonstrated experience in strategic and operational marketing, including portfolio management, market positioning, and sales alignment.
