As a key member of our manufacturing department, you will be responsible for operating CNC machines to perform precision cutting, drilling, and shaping of metal and plastic parts based on technical drawings and specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate CNC machines to cut, drill, and shape metal and plastic parts with precision and accuracy.
- Set up and adjust machine tools, including loading materials, calibrating settings, and selecting the appropriate tools for each job.
- Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed to ensure optimal performance and accuracy throughout the process.
- Inspect finished products using precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, etc.) to ensure they meet required specifications and quality standards.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC machines to minimize downtime and maintain equipment efficiency.
Requirements
We're looking for someone with a strong background in CNC machining, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
