Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Insurance Support Specialist to join our team as an Inbound Call Center Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, answering questions, and resolving issues related to health insurance for individuals with Medicare. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring our clients receive accurate and timely information.
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to inbound calls from clients, addressing their questions and concerns regarding health insurance and Medicare benefits
* Transfer calls to volunteer counselors when available, or provide counseling assistance when volunteers are not available
* Complete data entry tasks, including client contact information and other relevant data
* Manage inventory, labeling and mailing information packets, and assembling packets as needed
Requirements:
* Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in an insurance or healthcare setting
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
