Job Title : ETRM Business Analyst Retail Energy Trading for Power & Gas
Location : Houston / Chicago / New Jersey (Onsite day 1)

Must Haves : Strong functional understanding of Retail Energy Trading for - Power, Gas. Knowledge of Retail Retail Deal structuring, Pricing, Contracts, Forecasting, Invoicing, Settlements, Bid to Bill management (ISO / RTO bids, awards, tags etc), Customer Hedges, Broker Payments, Market Risk VaR, Reference Data, ERP Integration, End of Month Accounting.
Nice to Have : Azure DevOps.

10 years, direct functional and technical experience10 years of experience with Oracle queries (of high complexity)Strong functional understanding of Retail Energy Trading for - Power, GasKnowledge of Retail Retail Deal structuring, Pricing, Contracts, Forecasting, Invoicing, Settlements, Bid to Bill management (ISO / RTO bids, awards, tags etc), Customer Hedges, Broker Payments, Market Risk VaR, Reference Data, ERP Integration, End of Month AccountingShould have experience in managing an end-to-end delivery of trade capture systemAdept in handling business changes and managing stakeholder expectationsProvide comprehensive documentation for requirements (Epic, feature, user story, acceptance criteria including edge case scenarios), enable functional design & workflow detailing, support project trackingConduct effectively backlog grooming sessions, sprint planning and enable development & quality teams with complete functional / domain understanding.Assist in triaging and prioritizing issues related to project deployments.Communicate with business users and conduct iterative demonstrations for effective MVP built up.Effective management of tasks, timelines, progress reporting on tasksCommunicate proactively on status, process standards, changes, gaps and workarounds clearly and succinctly to all stakeholders, including third party vendor(s) as applicable.Thorough understanding of Agile and waterfall delivery methodologyKnowledge and experience with using Azure DevOps in full software lifecycleManage communication across multiple teams, third party vendor, and multiple consulting staffUnderstanding of Software Development Life Cycle and Agile methodologies
