- Set up and adjust machine tools, including loading materials, calibrating settings, and selecting the appropriate tools for each job.
- Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed to ensure optimal performance and accuracy throughout the process.
- Inspect finished products using precision measuring instruments to ensure they meet required specifications and quality standards.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC machines to minimize downtime and maintain equipment efficiency.
Requirements
