Machine Operator Technician

Job Description
As a CNC Machine Operator at Inteletech Global, Inc., you will be responsible for operating CNC machines to perform precision cutting, drilling, and shaping of metal and plastic parts based on technical drawings and specifications.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Operating CNC machines to cut, drill, and shape metal and plastic parts with precision and accuracy.
• Setting up and adjusting machine tools, including loading materials, calibrating settings, and selecting the appropriate tools for each job.
• Monitoring machine operations and making adjustments as needed to ensure optimal performance and accuracy throughout the process.
• Inspecting finished products using precision measuring instruments to ensure they meet required specifications and quality standards.
• Performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC machines to minimize downtime and maintain equipment efficiency.

Qualifications
We're looking for someone with a strong background in CNC machining, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. If you have a high school diploma or equivalent, and 2 years of experience operating CNC machines in a manufacturing environment, we'd love to hear from you.

The ideal candidate will also have the following qualifications:

• Technical certification in CNC machining or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CNC programming.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills for diagnosing and fixing machine-related issues.
• Knowledge of precision measuring instruments and quality control procedures.
