Responsibilities :
- Lead and oversee the clinical operations of the medical facility, ensuring high standards of patient care.
- Develop and implement clinical protocols and guidelines to maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient treatment plans and improve health outcomes.
- Provide leadership in quality improvement initiatives, driving efforts to enhance patient safety and care quality.
- Serve as a liaison between medical staff and administrative teams, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of medical staff, providing mentorship and professional development opportunities.
- Medical degree (MD or DO) with an active, unrestricted medical license in the relevant state.
- Board certification in a relevant specialty, such as internal medicine, family medicine, or another clinical area.
- A minimum of 5 years of clinical experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, clinical standards, and best practices in patient care.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
- Demonstrated experience in quality improvement, patient safety, and healthcare administration.
