Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team of professionals. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective treatment plans to address resident complaints and concerns.
• Collaborate with unit staff to ensure timely and efficient delivery of medication and treatments.
• Maintain accurate records and reports, including incident reports and progress notes.
• Advocate for residents' recovery and safety, ensuring their rights and dignity are respected.

Requirements:

• Must have one year of nursing experience, preferably in a psychiatric setting.
• Must be CPR certified, or able to complete training.
• Must be able to complete full orientation at time of hire.
• Ability to speak and understand English.
• Ability to pass a level 2 fingerprinting.
• Ability to stay alert for up to a 16-hour shift.
