Job Description::
We are looking for an energetic, motivated, and professional help desk analyst to provide excellent customer service to department staff.
This position will serve as a contact for level 2 support, serve as a contact for users having problems using computer software, hardware, and operating systems, and escalates as necessary.
This position requires the person be able to speak to persons with technical and non-technical department staff and find solutions. Experience with a variety of call-tracking software and systems.
Must be able to work independently and work in a team environment, and complete assigned tasks.
Communication skills both written and spoken is a must.
