What are the responsibilities and job description for the Business Support Specialist-Capital Markets position at Intell Workforce Group?
Currently seeking a Business Support Specialist-Capital Markets with our client in the financial industry located in Charlotte, NC. This is a 6 month contract position.
Responsibilities:
- Support the foreign exchange (FX) trading within the Capital Markets Group responsible for managing all customer data points, settlement instructions, and final onboarding approvals
- Manage the whole lifecycle of customer lifecycle specifically by recording and storing all physical data points
- Contribute to daily operations as a significant number of new customers need to be onboarded
- Input and curate details into a front web-based application
Qualifications:
- 5 years of administrative or business support experience
- Foreign exchange and capital markets experience
- Experience managing customer settlement instruction data (wires and settlements***)
- Settlement instruction management and experience
- Strong skills in MS applications, Outlook, word, excel, etc.
- Experience in Customer Data management, customer onboarding, and management of customer-related data points
Desired Qualifications:
- Previous banking or trading, middle office – derivatives experience
- Tools: DTCC platform, FX confirmation platforms (FXall, Bloomberg, GTSS, Nexus, calypso)
Pay Range: $20-30
Salary : $20 - $30
