Team: Enrollment Tools (Modernizing and rebranding treasury product enrollment tools)
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in various business operations to ensure goals are met.
- Research and review strategies to establish effective processes while meeting performance metrics.
- Present recommendations to develop, implement, and monitor strategies for managing business risks.
- Collaborate with leaders and management, providing support and guidance.
- Plan and execute initiatives focused on risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience.
- Represent the Enrollment Tools Team in cross-functional workgroups to ensure effectiveness and impact.
Essential PowerPoint Skills:
- Creative use of animations and transitions.
- Chart and SmartArt creation/modification.
- Shape creation, modification, and merging.
- Updating themes and slide layouts with attention to detail (fonts, page numbers, color schemes, alignments).
Required Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning.
