In this role, you will:
- Support low to moderately complex initiatives, identifying opportunities for process improvements within Business Execution.
- Review and analyze business challenges related to low-to-medium risk deliverables, presenting recommendations to resolve issues.
- Develop an understanding of policies, procedures, and compliance requirements, providing support to client personnel in Business Execution.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a Team Lead/QA Liaison supporting two teams through a dotted line.
- Analyze QA findings and oversee dispute/appeal reviews.
- Coordinate with business leaders to monitor and resolve trending opportunities.
Key Skills:
- Quality Assurance experience.
- Operations in a Financial Business (e.g., Onboarding/Contract Review).
- Strong communication and analytical skills to effectively lead teams and resolve issues.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning (or equivalent experience through work, consulting, training, military service, or education).
